1. Returnable Items – Chitraji Products

We accept returns for Chitraji-related items under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return If:

• The item is damaged or broken during shipping

• The item received is incorrect or mismatched

• Order ID

• Clear images of the received product and packaging

• Brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.

2. Non-Returnable Items – Seva Products

• Charnam Mrut Penda, Kanthi, Gulab Jal, Kanku, etc.

These are made-to-order or sacred-use items and cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

For approved returns:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

• If the product is eligible for replacement, we’ll dispatch the replacement at no extra cost
